This is how easy SalesMax is to use
- 1. Log onto the secure SalesMax testing site with your personal Login ID and password.
- 2. Ask the candidate to complete the on-line survey.
- 3. After the candidate has responded, log onto the secure SalesMax Administration site.
- 4. Locate and click on the candidate's name to immediately produce their SalesMax report on-line in real time.
- 5. Read the SalesMax report and follow the recruitment advice given. Use the interview guide provided if appropriate.
- 6. That's it!
